Specialized Nurse (IVF Clinic)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Specialized Nurse to join our compassionate and innovative team at NORTH IVF. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about women’s health, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering personalized care throughout the fertility journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and provide ongoing support throughout their treatment
- Instruct patients on how to self-administer fertility medications and injections
- Handle appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups
- Handle basic billing (if need) and assist with clinic operations such as stock management
- Coordinate closely with doctors and the clinical team
- Offer fertility packages and personalized holistic care for patients
- Respond to patient inquiries via chat, phone or in-person
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and valid RN License (Thailand)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in private hospitals or premium clinics
- Experience in OBGYN, women’s health or fertility care is a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-minded, eager to learn, and emotionally intelligent
- Able to communicate in English, Chinese is a plus (additional pay)
- Work in a modern fertility center that blends medical science with holistic care
