As a Nurse Assistant, you will support our nursing and medical team in ensuring smooth clinical operations and exceptional patient experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nurses and doctors during patient care and medical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and medical supplies
- Support patients during appointments with warmth and empathy
- Monitor and record basic patient information (vital signs, etc.)
- Help manage patient flow and clinic cleanliness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely services
- Certified Nurse Assistant (NA) or completed a nurse assistant training course
- Experience working in hospitals or clinics is preferred
- Gentle, service-minded, and emotionally aware
- Able to work well under pressure and follow instructions carefully
- Basic computer skills (data entry, appointment system)
- Able to communicate in English is a plus
