About the Role:
As a Cashier at NORTH IVF, you will be the key person managing patient payments with accuracy, warmth, and professionalism. You’ll ensure a smooth and transparent payment process while helping maintain a welcoming and trustworthy experience at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive payments from patients (cash, card, transfer) with accuracy and courtesy
- Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations
- Record daily transactions into the clinic’s accounting sheet or clinic system
- Coordinate with the finance team for reporting and reconciliation
- Prepare daily income summaries and cash balancing
- Support front desk and admin team during patient check-in/check-out
- Provide basic information on pricing or promotions to patients if asked
- Maintain a neat and professional cashier area at all times
- High vocational certificate (HVC) or bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in cashiering, clinic/hospital billing, or customer service is a plus
- Cheerful, polite, and service-minded personality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers
- Able to use basic computer systems (MS Excel, POS software, or clinic system)
- Basic English reading and communication skills (ability to handle polite interactions with international patients is a plus)
